We are the first 4-star Family Hospitality & Wellness hotel in Valtellina: a place where family holidays and wellness go hand in hand. On one side, the Pool & Fun area dedicated to children; on the other, the wellness centre reserved for adults, so whilst the little ones play in safety, the grown-ups can find the relaxation they’re looking for. All this is complemented by the warm welcome of the Bormolini family, who run the hotel themselves.

You can enhance your holiday with a range of tailor-made services, which you can request at the time of booking: the babysitting service with qualified staff, gourmet dinners at the Al Peršéf restaurant, romantic packages (from a red rose in your room to prosecco with chocolate-covered strawberries), the private spa for your exclusive use, celebrations for a special birthday and a special welcome for your pet. We’ll get back to you a few days before your arrival to finalise all the details.
This is our invitation to experience well-being in complete privacy: a warm and cosy setting with a large panoramic window, a sauna, a Turkish bath, sensory showers and a refreshment corner with fresh fruit, prosecco, water and herbal teas. Book it for exclusive use for an hour and a half, available in the morning or from 8.30 pm onwards: the perfect way for a couple to pamper themselves away from prying eyes.
You can choose your preferred accommodation option: B&B with breakfast, half-board or full board. Our breakfast is a special occasion, featuring fresh ingredients, homemade treats, a chef’s station in the dining room and a counter offering fresh-pressed juices and natural produce. For lunch and dinner, the in-house bistro offers an à la carte menu featuring traditional Italian, Valtellina and international dishes, with meat, fish and vegetable options, and once a week the traditional menu dedicated to local flavours. For a tasty break, there’s the Living Bar, ideal for snacks and aperitifs.
Al Peršéf is our gourmet restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide for its creative cuisine and meticulous selection of ingredients. Here, traditional dishes and innovative recipes come together in the tasting menu, a journey of refined flavours accompanied by excellent wines. The restaurant is also open to non-residents, subject to booking: if you’re looking for a special dining experience in Livigno, we look forward to welcoming you to our table.
This is our wellness area reserved for adults, designed to rejuvenate body and mind. Here you’ll find the heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath to purify yourself, the sensory showers to relax your mind and the ice waterfall for a burst of energy. Afterwards, the panoramic relaxation area with a wall of Himalayan pink salt and a hot herbal tea await you. For those who can’t do without a workout, there’s the gym with treadmills, exercise bikes, an elliptical trainer and a weight bench, and you can book a massage – whether relaxing, sports-focused or for couples.
Yes, and it’s one of the things that makes us special: the Pool & Fun is a communal, soundproofed area where children can play in complete safety with the water jets and water pistols in the large Spray Park and in the Baby Pool, accompanied by our activity leaders, whilst you relax in the heated pool with whirlpool. Two worlds side by side, one for the little ones and one for adults, so everyone can enjoy themselves in their own way.
Yes, we are pet-friendly. For a small supplement, we’ll give your four-legged friend a special welcome, and they’ll have free access to the hotel’s communal areas, with the exception of the restaurant and wellness facilities (spa and swimming pool). On request, we’ll provide everything you need in your room: a bed, bowls and special treats.
By car, Livigno can be reached all year round from Milan via the SS36 and SS38 to Bormio, then the SS301 over the Foscagno Pass. For those not travelling by car, we can arrange a private transfer to and from the airport (on request and for a fee), and there is the convenient Livigno Express bus service connecting the resort to Milan Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo airports, as well as Innsbruck. At the hotel, we have a heated indoor car park available for a fee, as well as three charging points for electric cars.
Yes. We provide a free, secure ski and bicycle storage facility with CCTV, where you can safely store all your equipment. We also have a dedicated excursion desk to help you organise your outings quickly and easily, and we offer our electric city bikes for getting around the resort.
